• Pre-screening required

• $50 per session, accepting BCBSIL, CAT UHC and BCBSIL, Self Pay

• limited to 10 participants

• participants can expect to address areas such as:

  • social isolation

  • managing self

  • grounding tools

• are you a good fit?

  • do you struggle finding connection as an adult?

  • does it feel difficult to engage in social activities?

  • do you often feel lonely or left out?

  • are you interested in learning alongside people who are having a similar experience?
