Are you ready to take the next step?
My goal is to create a warm, safe, and open therapeutic space where you can bring any emotion you may be feeling. I provide a client-centered approach, offering empathetic understanding, and utilize a strengths-based approach to help instill a sense of purpose and happiness.
I view therapy as a collaborative experience, especially for young adults navigating life's challenges such as anxiety, life transitions, and finding direction. I’m passionate about walking alongside you through these seasons.
Starting therapy is a brave step, and I would be honored to navigate it with you.
Meet Julie
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Registered Drama Therapist
I’m dedicated to helping clients enrich their narratives and cultivate new perspectives and coping skills. As a Registered Drama Therapist, I empower individuals to tap into their creativity through artistic and experiential interventions.
I specialize in supporting people navigating substance use disorders, eating disorders, and LGBTQIA+ folks, as well as those facing anxiety, mood disorders, depression, and trauma. I am committed to creating an inclusive, empathetic space for healing, particularly for those marginalized in our communities.
Together, we’ll work toward healing from early attachments, creating new positive relationship patterns, and fostering meaningful change in your life.
Meet Seth
My grandfather once said, “Write your life in pencil, for it will surely change.” Life’s inevitable changes often bring grief, whether from death, a loss of a relationship, a job, lifestyle, or many other challenges. Grief can appear in many forms, and it’s not always easy to recognize. I view counseling as an opportunity to help you adapt to these challenges and process grief in all its dimensions.
As a Fellow in Thanatology, I’m here to help you navigate grief and loss, bringing healing and a fresh perspective. Together, we’ll identify new coping skills and ways to move forward, so the days ahead feel a bit lighter.
Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I’ll guide you to clarify your values, set meaningful goals, and develop tools to help you live with purpose, even in the face of loss.
Seth also helps people navigate other life stressors like depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship issues.

Meet Kirsten
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Kirstin works with children, teens, and adults who are navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, stress, or feeling stuck. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, behavior concerns, relationship struggles, or simply a space to better understand yourself, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and grow.
My approach is person-centered, which means I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Together, we work at your pace to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences, while building skills and insight that support lasting change.
With children and adolescents, I incorporate play, creativity, and developmentally appropriate strategies to help them express themselves, build emotional awareness, and strengthen coping skills. With adults, our work may focus on managing anxiety or stress, processing difficult experiences, or reconnecting with your strengths and values.
Above all, I strive to create a safe, open environment where clients of all ages feel comfortable being themselves. Healing and growth happen in the context of a strong therapeutic relationship, and I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater confidence, clarity, and emotional well-being.
